Personal information about cardholders is collected by SUBCARD NZ Ltd, and shared with the Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust, for the purposes of marketing, product research and promotional activity related to your SUBCARD™, managing your SUBCARD™ account and sending you any SUBCARD™ vouchers or other rewards you are entitled to. You have the right, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1993, to access and correct personal information held about you, and can do this by writing to the SUBCARD™ Privacy Officer, PO Box 301 114, Albany Megacentre, Auckland 0752 or by calling 0800 SubCrd 0800 78 22 73.
